Magnolia- Delaware State Police have arrested 49-year-old Christopher Robinson of Magnolia for Aggravated Menacing and related charges.

The incident occurred on March 14, 2021, at approximately 12:30 a.m., when Robinson engaged in a verbal altercation with the 33-year-old victim at a residence located on Bay Hill Lane, Magnolia. During the incident, the argument escalated, and Robinson physically assaulted the victim and pointed a gun at her. Robinson left the residence and has not been contacted since.  The victim was not injured from the incident.

On March 15, 2021, Robinson turned himself in at Troop 3 and was charged with the following crimes:

  • Possession of a Firearm by Person Prohibited (Felony)
  • Aggravated Menacing (Felony)
  • Terroristic Threatening
  • Offensive Touching

Robinson was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $17,100 cash bond.
