Wilmington- Delaware State Police is issuing a Gold Alert for 41-year-old Charles Fisher of Arkansas.  Charles was last seen in the Wilmington area on Monday, November 9, 2020, at approximately 7:30 a.m.  Attempts to contact Charles have been unsuccessful and there is concern for his safety and wellbeing.

Charles is described as a white male,6’2”, approximately 250 lbs., gray hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange shirt with “MECHORE” on the back, blue jeans and brown boots. He is believed to be operating a black GMC pickup truck.
