Millsboro- The Delaware State Police have arrested 27-year-old Desmone J. Justice of Millsboro following a drug investigation into the sale of illegal drugs.

On December 13, 2019 members of the Sussex Drug Unit (SDU) concluded a two month investigation into the matter of Desmone Justice. Through investigations it was learned that Justice was involved in the distribution of illegal drugs in the Sussex County areas.  A search and seizure warrant was obtained for Justice’s 2010 black Chevrolet Camaro.  The Camaro was parked in the Plantations Lake Development when the warrant was executed.  The following was seized from the vehicle:

• 1131 bags of heroin (approximately 7.917 grams)
• Over $3500.00 in suspected drug proceeds

Justice was observed traveling on John J. Williams Highway when he was taken into custody without incident.  Justice was transported back to Troop 4 where he was charged with the following:

• Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 4 quantity
• Possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 5 quantity

Justice was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $120,000.00 cash only bond.
