Dover- The Delaware State Police have arrested 22-year-old Jawuan Horsey and 19-year-old Rayquian Horsey on multiple drug and weapon chargers related to gang participation.
On October 24, 2019, the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit (KDU) with the assistance of Kent County Governor’s Task Force (GTF), Special Operations Team (SORT), Dover Police Department Drug, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit, DEA Dover Post, ATF, and FBI concluded a drug dealing and gang participation investigation involving the distribution of marijuana and illegal possession of firearms at a residence in the unit block of Harmony Hill Lane, Dover. Upon execution of a search warrant at the residence, Jawuan Horsey and Rayquian Horsey were taken into custody without incident.
A search of the residence was conducted resulting in the following items being recovered:
Jawuan Horsey and Rayquian Horsey were transported back to Troop 3 where they were charged with the following:
Jawuan Horsey:
Jawuan was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $107,500.00 secured bond.
Rayquian Horsey:
Rayquian was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution $114,500.00 secured bond.
