Milford- The Delaware State Police have arrested a Milford man after a methamphetamine lab was discovered during the execution of a search warrant.
The investigation began in May 2019, when the Troop 3, Criminal Investigative Unit (CIU) investigated three cases in which large amounts of copper wire were stripped and stolen from homes that were under construction. Between all three locations, it was estimated that the suspect stole approximately $3,500.00 worth of copper wire and a trail camera. Through investigative measures, 46-year-old Paul D.
