Troopers Arrest Millsboro Woman for Burglary-Millville

Millville- The Delaware State Police have arrest a Millsboro woman in connection with the burglary of a Subway restaurant.

The incident occurred on October 10, 2018 when a burglary to the Subway restaurant, located at 38069 Town Center Drive was reported.  It was discovered that a suspect had entered the business through the front door and once inside removed and undisclosed amount of cash from the register prior to leaving the scene.

Through investigative measures, Troopers determined that the suspect, identified as 27-year-old Cissie Maryland was dropped off at this location by an unknown subject.

Maryland turned herself in at Troop 4 on November 29, 2018 and was charged with the following:

  • Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony
  • Burglary Third Degree
  • Possession of Burglar Tools or Instruments
  • Conspiracy Second Degree
  • Theft Under $1500

Maryland was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on $9,000.00 unsecured bond.
