New Castle – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for James R. Farren, 33 of Wilmington, who was last seen at approximately 5:22 p.m., Tuesday, July 17, in the 500 block of S. DuPont Highway, New Castle.

James is described as a white male, 5’9″, 150 lbs., brown hair, hazel eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and a backpack.

Attempts to contact or locate James have been usuccessful and there is a true concern for his safety and welfare.

Anyone with information regarding James’ whereabouts is asked to call Troop 2 at 302-834-2620.
