Wilmington – The Delaware State Police is issuing a Gold Alert for Reinaldo Ortiz who was last heard from on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at approximately 9:30 p.m.

He is described as approximately 5’ 5” tall, 205 pounds. Troopers have been unable to make contact with him to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
