New Castle–The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Barbara Kelsey (74) of New Castle who was last heard from at approximately 10:30 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2018. (NO PHOTO AVAILABLE DUE TO HOUSE FIRE)

Barbara Kelsey is a black female, 74 years of age, 4”10” tall, 120-130 lbs., with brown eyes,wearing a rainbow colored coat, gray pants, furry boots and a leopard printed scarf/garb on her head.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Barbara Kelsey to check on her welfare. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare.
