*Update-Victim Identified* Troopers Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Crash – New Castle

New Castle – Delaware State Police have identified the pedestrian who died in the crash on South DuPont Highway near Llangollen Boulevard on October 16, 2021, as Yonairr S. Williams, 14 of New Castle.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing their investigation into the crash. Anyone with information regarding the incident should contact MCpl. J.
