Middletown– Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died in the fatal motorcycle crash on May 1, 2021, as 57-year-old Keith Needam of Newark, DE.
The crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
