New Castle– The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who was killed in a vehicle crash on May 18, 2019 on S. Dupont Highway (US RT 13) just north of Federal School Lane, as 30-year-old Jonath K. Chapman of Newark.
The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
