Delmar– The Delaware State Police have arrested the suspect who was wanted for burglary and theft of motor vehicle charges.
On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, 43-year-old Ronald T. Hastings of Laurel was located in the 36000 block of Bi State Boulevard, Delmar and taken into custody without incident.
Hastings was transported back to Troop 4 where he was charged with the following:
- Burglary Second Degree
- Burglary Third Degree
- Theft of a Motor Vehicle (2 counts)
- Theft (Felony) (2 counts)
- Attempted to Commit Theft of a Motor Vehicle
- Theft By False Pretense (2 counts)
- Falsifying Business Records (2 counts)
- Selling Stolen Property (2 counts)
- Criminal Mischief (2 counts)
- Leave, Deposit or Dispose of Trash
- Criminal Trespass Third Degree (2 counts)
Hastings was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on $29,350.00 unsecured bond.
