Kent County – Detectives from the Troop 3 Property Crimes Unit have arrested two juveniles, for their involvement in a series of burglaries, vehicle thefts and thefts from vehicles, that had taken place throughout Dover, Magnolia and Felton.

Beginning on January 24, 2018, and continuing through March 7, 2018, detectives investigated a series of crimes that were occurring in Dover, Magnolia and Felton. During this time period a total of 30 separate incidents were reported, the majority of which involved thefts from vehicles.
