The Delaware State Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Diamond Betsill, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who is wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred Saturday night in Wilmington.
On September 5, 2026, at approximately 8:30 p.m., troopers responded to the Wawa located at 1702 Rocky Run Parkway in Wilmington for a report of a stolen vehicle. The preliminary investigation determined the victim and Betsill arrived at the Wawa together in the victim’s vehicle. Shortly afterward, the two became involved in a verbal confrontation that turned physical. During the dispute, Betsill used force to overpower the victim and stole the vehicle.
The victim was not injured during the incident.
Through an investigation, troopers identified Betsill as the suspect and obtained a warrant for her arrest. Once located, Betsill will be charged with a felony offense of Robbery Second Degree.
