Delaware State Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday morning at Darley Pharmacy in Claymont.
On December 24, 2025, at approximately 9:50 a.m., troopers responded to a report of an armed robbery at Darley Pharmacy, located at 111 Darley Road in Claymont. The preliminary investigation revealed that an unknown white male suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money from the register. The employee complied, and during the robbery, the suspect demanded a customer’s property. The customer also complied, and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and property. No one was hurt.
Delaware State Police Troop 2 Robbery Unit continues to investigate this incident. Anyone who has relevant information about the robbery is asked to contact Det. D. Patterson at (302) 365-8404.
