Delaware State Police arrested 38-year-old Vernon Hines, of Wilmington, Delaware, in connection with an organized retail theft incident which occurred mid-October at Dick’s House of Sport in Wilmington.
On October 13, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m., troopers responded to a theft in progress at Dick’s House of Sport, located at 1000 Brandywine Parkway, in Wilmington.
