The Delaware State Police have identified 74-year-old Anna Cannon of Seaford, Delaware, as the woman who died in a fatal crash that occurred Sunday afternoon in Seaford.
The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues investigating this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this crash to contact Senior Corporal R.
