Delaware State Police have identified 18-year-old Ethan Statham of Dover, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal motorcycle crash on Tuesday afternoon in Dover.
The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to please contact Sergeant A.
