Delaware State Police Troop 5 is issuing a Gold Alert for 15-year-old Prisila Francisco-Francisco of Seaford, Delaware. Priscila did not return home from school on September 28, 2023, and had been staying with a friend. She is no longer at her friend’s house and is now being reported as missing. Attempts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for her safety and well-being.
Prisila is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5’0” tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and black jeans.
