Wilmington, DE- Delaware State Police are investigating a serious motor vehicle crash on I-495 southbound in the area of Edgemoor Rd. As a result, traffic is being diverted to alternate routes. The roadway will be closed for an extended period of time. An update will be issued once information becomes available.
