Felton Man Arrested for Burglaries to Construction Sites in Kent County

Dover, DE- Delaware State Police arrested Keith Biddle,41, of Felton, on Thursday for burglaries at construction sites in Kent County.

During the last week of November, troopers began investigating burglaries to construction sites in Kent County. During the burglaries, the suspect would enter a residence under construction and steal new appliances and construction materials. Through investigative measures, Keith Biddle was established as a suspect. On January 20, 2022, Biddle was taken into custody by troopers and transported to Delaware State Police Troop 3, where he was charged with the following crimes:

  • (3 counts) Burglary Third Degree (Felony)
  • Burglary Second Degree (Felony)
  • (2 counts) Conspiracy Second Degree (Felony)
  • (Three Counts) Theft Under $1,500
  • (Two Counts) Theft Over $1,500 (Felony)
  • Criminal Mischief
  • Selling Stolen Property

Biddle was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and released on a $13,000.00 unsecured bond.
