Smyrna, DE- Delaware State Police have identified the victim who died during a fatal two vehicle collision on December 23, 2021, as John “Tony” Estus, 82, of Smyrna.

This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
