Selbyville – Delaware State Police Troop 4 have issued a Gold Alert for 23-year-old Kandace Louise Scheel of Selbyville. Scheel was last seen on October 17, 2021 at approximately 2:30 p.m. leaving her residence in Selbyville. Attempts to locate or communicate with her have not been successful and there is a concern for her safety and wellbeing.

Scheel is described as a white female, 5’08”, approximately 148lbs., brown eyes and red hair . She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. She may be operating a gold 2013 Chrysler 200, with Delaware registration 348084.
