Sussex County, DE- Delaware State Police arrested Arthur E. Ralph, 41, of Lewes, on felony criminal charges after troopers requested the public’s assistance locating him.

On October 8, 2021, Ralph was taken into custody and arrested on four counts of Rape Third Degree (Felony). He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $80,000.00 cash bond.
