Seaford, DE- Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died in a fatal bicycle accident October 1, 2021, on Stein Highway as Zachary L. Gosciejew, 31, of Seaford.
This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information regarding this crash should contact Sgt.
