Newark, DE-Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died during a collision on I-95 Northbound north of DE-273 on September 6, 2021, as Ghana S. Sims, 27, of Philadelphia, PA.
This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information regarding the collision should contact Sgt. D.
