Dover- Delaware State Police have charged 20-year-old Michael Straker of North Hollywood, CA with Aggravated Menacing, and related charges after he struck a male acquaintance with a handgun.

The incident occurred on September 6, 2021, at approximately 5:20 p.m., when troopers responded to the 300 block of Carlisle Drive, Dover, DE, in reference to an assault with a weapon.
