*UPDATE- Suspects Arrested* Public Assistance Requested Identifying Burglary Suspects- Seaford

Seaford, DE- Delaware State Police arrested Jermaine Watson, 18, of Seaford, and a 16-year-old male of Seaford on Burglary charges.

On June 28, 2021, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Delaware State Police responded to the Tru Blu convenience store located at 1611 Middleford Road, Seaford, for a reported burglary. The investigation determined that two male suspects forced entry into the business during the overnight hours and removed an undisclosed amount of goods. 

On June 29, 2021, a press release was issued requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects that were captured on video surveillance. Thanks to the help from the public and investigative leads, Jermain Watson and a 16-year-old male were identified as suspects in the burglary. On June 29, 2021, troopers arrested both males. They were charged with the following crimes:

  • Burglary Second Degree (Felony)
  • Conspiracy Second Degree (Felony)
  • Theft Under $1,500
  • Criminal Mischief

Watson was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and released on a $2,600.00 unsecured bond. 

The 16-year-old male was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and released to a guardian on a $6,500.00 unsecured bond.
