Felton – The Delaware State Police have located and arrested Frederick G. Roberts Jr.
On Saturday June 12, 2021 at approximately 6:55 p.m., Troopers were provided with information that Frederick G. Roberts Jr. was at his residence in Hartly. Troopers responded to the house and located him standing outside. He was taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 3 in Camden.
Frederick G. Roberts Jr., 61 of Hartly, was charged with six counts of Criminal Contempt of a Domestic Violence Protective Order, and one count of Stalking (all felonies). He was arraigned at JP7 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $7,000.00 cash bond.
