Troopers Seeking Public’s Assistance Locating Magnolia Man on Felony Charges- Magnolia

Magnolia, DE- Delaware State Police seek the public’s assistance with locating Patrick W. Gassaway, 29, of Magnolia. 

On June 6, 2021, Gassaway was involved in a physical altercation with a female acquaintance at a residence on Crew Circle, Magnolia. During the altercation, Gassaway strangled the victim and caused visible injuries to her while three children were present in the home. The female received medical treatment at a nearby hospital for her injuries. Troopers attempted to locate Gassaway but have not been successful with locating him. He is believed to be in the Magnolia or Smyrna area and may be operating a tan 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe (DE Registration).

Gassaway currently has active warrants out of Delaware State Police Troop 3 for the following charges:

  • Aggravated Menacing (Felony)
  • Strangulation (Felony)
  • Assault Third Degree
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child
  • Criminal Mischief
