Dover– Delaware State Police Troop 3 is issuing a Gold Alert for 73-year-old Richard Relford of Dover. Relford was last seen on April 23, 2021 at approximately 1:00 p.m. in the Dover area. Attempts to locate or communicate with him have not been successful and there is a concern for his safety and wellbeing.
Richard is described as a black male, 5’6”, approximately 175 lbs., brown eyes and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve thermal shirt, blue jeans, and blue Nike shoes. He may be operating a black Ford F150 pick-up truck with Delaware registration.
