Dover- A Smyrna man was arrested early Friday morning for traveling on the wrong side of the highway and disregarding a police officer signal.

On March 19, 2021, at approximately 2:59 a.m., troopers were dispatched to SR 1 and Scarborough Road, Dover, for a reported vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound travel lanes.
