Magnolia- Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died in a fatal single motor vehicle collision on February 20, 2021, as 39-year-old Tracy Hanggi of Felton, DE.
The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continue to investigate this incident. Anyone with information regarding this collision should contact Det.
