Wilmington – Delaware State Police Troop 1 is issuing a Gold Alert for 30-year-old Anthony Loper of Dover who was reported missing on December 27, 2020.

Loper was last seen on December 27, 2020, at approximately 8:57 a.m. in the Wilmington area.  Attempts to locate or communicate with Loper have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for his safety and wellbeing.

Loper is described as a black male, 6’03” tall, approximately 180 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jumpsuit.
