Dover – The Delaware State Police have arrested Michael Pulliam of Dover in connection with the theft of a motor vehicle.

The incident occurred on December 10, 2020 at approximately 7:10 a.m., when Troopers were dispatched to the Dover Estates apartment complex located at 51 Webbs Lane, Dover, in reference to a stolen motor vehicle.  Upon arrival, Troopers contacted a 22-year-old male who advised that he went outside to warm-up his brown 2013 Ford Edge and then returned into his apartment. Upon returning to his vehicle it was missing, in addition to his cell phone still inside. Through investigative means troopers were able to track the stolen vehicle to the area of Fast Landing Road in Cheswold. Troopers were able to locate the stolen vehicle and followed it to a nearby shopping mall. The suspect identified as Michael Pulliam exited the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident.

Pulliam was transported back to Troop 3 where he was processed and charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle (Felony).

Pulliam was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $2,000.00 cash bond.
