Laurel – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for 38 year-old Jeffrey D. Hayman who was last seen on June 15, 2020.

Hayman was last seen at the Horizon House on Bistate Blvd, Laurel, Delaware on June 15, 2020.  Hayman has not been seen since and there is a concern for his welfare. Hayman may have travelled to Wilmington, DE, due to family and community ties to this area.

Hayman is described as 5’1”, 220 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, light brown skin tone.
