Dover- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on June 9, 2020, on Bay Road (SR 1), Dover, as 35-year-old Caprice Y. Johnson of Perryville, MD.
The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
