Troopers Arrest Seaford Man for Aggravated Menacing- Seaford

Seaford- The Delaware State Police have arrested 43-year-old CHRISTOPHER D. MANN for aggravated menacing and related charges.

The incident occurred on May 30, 2020 at approximately 11:17 p.m., when Troopers responded to a residence in the 9000 block of Middleford RD, Seaford, in reference to a domestic related compliant.  Upon arrival, Troopers met with a 34-year-old female who advised that she engaged in an argument with her boyfriend, Christopher Mann.  Mann proceeded to pull out a pistol from his pocket and threatened to kill her.  He then put the firearm back in his pocket and proceeded to poke the victim in her face with his finger several times.  The victim did not sustain injury as a result of this incident.

Mann was located outside the residence and taken into custody without incident.  He was transported back to Troop 5 where he was charged with the following:

  • Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
  • Aggravated Menacing
  • Terroristic Threatening
  • Offensive Touching

Mann was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $26500.00 secured bond.
