Gold Alert Issued for Missing Hartly Teen-Hartly

Hartly–  The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for 19-year-old Jarret S. Maestas who was reported missing on March 30, 2020.

Jarret is 6’04” tall and approximately 206 lbs. He has a tattoo of American Flag on his right shoulder and the word “Loyalty” tattooed on his inner arm.

Jarret was last seen in the area of Lion Hope Road, Hartly, in the late evening hours on March 15, 2020.

Attempts to locate or communicate with Jarrett have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for his safety and welfare.
