Newark – The Delaware State Police are on scene of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 8:08 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2020 on westbound Rt. 40 at Perch Creek Drive, Newark.
As a result of the crash all lanes of westbound Rt. 40 are closed. The closure is expected to be lengthy and motorists are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.
