Troopers Arrest Two Wyoming Females for Robbery-Felton

Felton-  The Delaware State Police have charged two Wyoming females with Robbery and related charges.

The incident occurred on January 12, 2020 at approximately 12:08 a.m., when Troopers responded to Willow Grove Road, Felton in reference to an assault complaint.  Upon arrival, Troopers met with a 22-year-old female victim who advised that she responded to a residence that she used to live at in the 200 block of  Turtle Dove Lane, Felton, to retrieve some belongings.  The victim advised that she made contact with two of her ex-roommates, 18-year-old Ashley N. Calloway and 17-year-old Sierra Yeakel, at which time Calloway proceeded to take the victim’s phone and handed it over to Yeakel.  Callaway then proceeded to strike the victim several times in the face.  The victim was able to leave the residence, however was not able to contact 911 immediately due to not having a cell phone.  The victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment.

Calloway and Yeakel were apprehended without incident and charged with the following:

Ashley Calloway:

  • Robbery Second Degree
  • Conspiracy Second Degree (Felony)
  • Assault Third Degree
  • Malicious Interference Emergency Communications

Calloway was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on her own recognizance.

Sierra Yeakel:

  • Robbery Second Degree
  • Conspiracy Second Degree (Felony)

Yeakel was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on her own recognizance.
