New Castle – The Delaware State Police have identified 20 year old Lavon Stewart of Wilmington, as the pedestrian who was struck and killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 6:46 a.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2020 on Christiana Rd. (DE Rt. 273) west of Churchman’s Rd., New Castle.
