Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:44 p.m., Tuesday, November 5, 2019 on southbound I-95 at Rt. 202. As a result of the crash all lanes of I-95 southbound in the area of Rt. 202 are closed.
