Seaford- The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 3:35 p.m. on September 30, 2019, involving multiple vehicles on County Seat Highway (RT 9) at Asbury Road, Seaford.
As a result of the crash and ongoing investigation, County Seat Highway at Asbury Road, Seaford, will be closed. Motorists are advised to use caution and seek alternate routes of travel.
