Troopers Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Isaiah Blakey- Felton

Felton- The Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to locate 15-year-old Isaiah Blakey (no photo available) who is wanted for assault and weapons charges.

The incident occurred on August 30, 2019, at approximately 6:57 p.m., when Troopers responded to a residence on Mallory Court in reference to a physical domestic complaint.  Upon arrival, it was learned that Blakey physically assaulted his girlfriend and broke her cell phone.  She refused medical treatment at the scene.  Blakey’s brother attempted to break up the altercation when a struggle ensued between he and Blakey, causing minor injury to the victim.  Blakey’s brother also refused medical treatment at the scene.  Prior to fleeing the residence, Blakey obtained a shovel and proceeded to smash a car windshield and a sliding glass door to the residence.  He also threatened six individuals in the residence and stated that he was going to kill all of them.

Blakey currently has active warrants out of Troop 3 for the following:

  • Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony
  • Assault 2nd Degree
  • Aggravated Menacing
  • Terroristic Threatening (6 counts)
  • Reckless Endangering (2 counts)
  • Offensive Touching
  • Criminal Mischief (3 counts)

Blakey is a light skin, black male, 5’08” tall, 130 lbs., with blue eyes.  He was last seen wearing no shirt and dark pants.
