Claymont – The Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 2:57 a.m., Friday, August 9, 2019 on northbound Philadelphia Pike in the area of Commonwealth Blvd., Claymont.
As a result of the crash all lanes of Philadelphia Pike are closed between Commonwealth Blvd. and Harvey Rd. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes of travel.
