Harbeson, Delaware – The Delaware State Police have identified the driver who was killed in a crash that occurred on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, on U.S. 9 just east of Josephs Road, Harbeson as 50-year-old David H. Pierson Jr. of Milton, Delaware.
The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
