Frankford, Delaware – The Delaware State Police have arrested a Frankford man in connection with a domestic-related assault.
The incident occurred on Friday, July 26, 2019, at approximately 3:09 p.m., when troopers were dispatched to a residence on Bayard Road in Frankford for a physical domestic in progress. Upon arrival, troopers met with a 45-year-old female victim who advised that she was involved in a physical domestic with her husband, 48-year-old, Alex D. Taylor at the residence on Bayard Road. During the domestic, the victim sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries. She was transported by EMS to a local area hospital.
Alex D. Taylor, 48 of Frankford, was charged with Assault 2nd Degree (Felony) and arraigned before Justice of the Peace Court and released on a $5,000.00 bond.
