**UPDATE Javier Guzman Apprehended**

Troopers were able to locate Guzman at approximately 10:49 a.m. today, at a residence located in the 27600 block of Thistle Lane, Millsboro.  Guzman was taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 4 where he will be charged with further criminal offenses.
